Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the electronic device you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original Minimalist packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Download and print our prepaid shipping label from your email and attach it securely to the exterior of the shipping box, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Verification & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
